Terms of service

The agreement between you and us when you use the Service.

Last updated 4 November 2026

By creating an account or using PadVPN (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

PadVPN provides an encrypted VPN connection between your devices and our servers, plus a customer hub for managing your plan and devices. Features, locations and limits are described on our website and in your hub.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old and provide a valid email address.
  • Keep your password and device configurations confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account.
  • Each configuration is for one device. Sharing your account or configurations with other people is not allowed.

3. Plans and payment

  • Plans are prepaid for a fixed period. Cryptocurrency payments are one-time and do not renew automatically.
  • Your plan starts when the payment is confirmed. New purchases are added after any time you already have.
  • Prices are shown in the plan's currency (for example USD). The equivalent amount in cryptocurrency is calculated by our payment processor when the invoice is created.
  • Plans may include device, data and speed limits, shown on the plan before purchase. When you reach a data limit, access pauses until the next cycle.

4. Refunds

If the Service doesn't work for you, contact [email protected]. We'll first try to fix the problem. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Because cryptocurrency payments can't be reversed, any approved refund is sent to a wallet address you provide.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our acceptable use policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break it, without refund, to protect the Service and other customers.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service fast and available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access, or that it will work on every network or in every country. Servers may be added, changed or removed, and maintenance may cause short interruptions.

7. Your responsibility

VPN laws differ between countries. You are responsible for making sure your use of the Service is lawful where you are.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post changes here and notify you by email for significant ones. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
