Acceptable use policy

You may use PadVPN to protect your privacy and access the open internet. You may not use it to harm others or the Service. In particular, you must not use the Service to:

• send spam or bulk unsolicited messages (outgoing mail ports are blocked for this reason);
• attack, scan or disrupt other networks or systems, including denial-of-service attacks;
• distribute malware, phishing or fraudulent content;
• access accounts, systems or data without authorisation;
• exploit or harm minors, or distribute illegal content;
• resell, share or sublicense your account or configurations;
• place excessive load on our servers in a way that degrades service for others.

Enforcement

Because we don't log activity, we act on abuse reports and on technical signals such as unusual traffic volumes. We may limit, suspend or terminate accounts that break this policy, without refund.

Reporting abuse

Report abuse coming from our network to [email protected], with the date, time (with time zone), our IP address and a description.
